After being a competitive lifter for over 50 years now I must admit these Slingshots have reinvigorated my interest in benching and I've been trying numerous brands and types. I HIGHLY recommend adding one of these to your training. It's really made benching FUN again for me!!
I've used all three of the higher level Slingshots (Red, Yellow & Black) & they are ALL excellent training tools! This "Full Boar" is different in that it has angled sleeves which is specifically for Benchers who utilize a big arch.
