Lot of 5 Antique Butter Pats, All Marked, Some Hand Painted, Transferware

Description

This is a lot of five beautiful vintage or antique butter pats in a variety of patterns. All of them are in good used condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. A couple have minor crazing which would be expected in older glazed pieces. The green transferware pat that is pictured in the last two photos is a John Maddock & Sons piece and it has lost a lot of the gold accents over time. the pat is still quite lovely despite that though.The rest of the pattern is in good condition. A couple of the dishes have a few minor manufacturing flaws like kiln marks and spots but despite these flea bites these pats are beautiful and would look gorgeous on any dinner table! Please zoom in and look closely and you will see their fine condition and quality as well as their marks. The butter pats have been kept in a smoke free, pet free and mold free environment.
My husband has recently retired and we are now doing the Baby Boomer thing...downsizing. As a result I am having to part with a lot of my treasures.
