NEMADJI POTTERY 5" X 3" BOWL Southwest Color Blue Orange Swirl RARE 2 MARKINGS

Description

NEMADJI POTTERY BOWL / POT / VASE.  Lovely Southwest colors of Turquoise Blue, Orange, and Brown on a buff colored background.  The swirl pattern is so delightful.  As I turn the bowl, I think I see a mountain range....then a valley...an oceanside with waves....next a sunset....and then a desert full of sand.  Amazing!!!   Matte finish outside/Glazed inside.  It measures about 5" wide and 3" tall.
There are TWO markings on the bottom.  This is very unusual.  One is a stamped mark showing an Indian head and says Nemadji Pottery USA.  The other is impressed or incised N E M A D J I .  Please note that I am not a pottery expert....but my research on this piece shows that the "double mark" is somewhat of a rarity and not many pieces have both marks.  Research also suggests this vintage piece is
at least
20 years old... and more likely to be from the 1970's or 1980's.
