Brand new with hang tags, made by Baltogs style 326 Wide Leg Pants. Bal Togs runs small.  Size is  Ladies Medium (laid flat, unstretched waist measures 10.5" and hips unstretched measure 19") with a 33" inseam, and they're serged so that you can hem to the desired length.
BalTogs runs small so be sure to compare your measurements to the size chart.  Fabric is 90% Cotton/ 10% Lycra.  Great for dance, exercise or streetwear.  TR35
