NWT Wolff Fording Skirted Capri Pants so 1980's Small Adult Glittered Silver

This item is new but was a convention sample, it has a split internal size tag, it is perfect otherwise. This is a pair of black spandex capri pants that have a glittered sequin hem skirt attached to it. The size is small adult and I have no other pair of this item. Fun 1980's feel to them. There is no chain with this and there are little belt loops on the skirt for it. BT256
