This is Rehband's thickest knee support, designed for weight lifting and protection during rehabilitation training.  These knee sleeves are 40% thicker than Rehband's standard 5mm knee supports, and provide maximum compression to reduce knee strain for activities like squats, thrusts, Olympic lifts, etc.
